She is a trauma-informed therapist, solutions-focused therapist who utilized evidence-based techniques (CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT) with a deep understanding of systems and family theory. Her goal is to empower clients to develop emotional regulation skills by learning positive coping strategies, communication skills, and conflict resolution skills while harnessing their personal strengths to manage stress and everyday challenges.
