Samantha Dagle

Samantha works with children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, or struggling to feel connected to themselves and others. She has experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns.

Samantha takes a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy. She helps clients develop a deeper understanding of their emotions, experiences, and behavioral patterns while identifying practical tools to create meaningful change. She believes therapy can be a space for both self-exploration and growth, where clients can feel supported in understanding themselves while building the skills and confidence to move forward. Samantha is trained in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and play therapy.

She is also trained in Brainspotting, a therapeutic approach that helps individuals process and work through distressing experiences, emotional pain, and trauma. Brainspotting uses specific eye positions to help access and process experiences that may be held in the brain and body, even when they are difficult to put into words. This approach can be particularly helpful for individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, performance-related stress, grief, and unresolved experiences that continue to impact their daily lives. Brainspotting provides an opportunity to work through these experiences at a deeper level, supporting emotional regulation, increased self-awareness, and lasting healing.

Samantha tailors treatment to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate challenges, strengthen their relationships, build self-confidence, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
