Madison Janicola

Using a client-centered framework, Madison integrates evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques with play therapy interventions to meet each child and adolescent at their developmental level. She helps clients recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation skills, manage anxiety, improve self-esteem, and develop healthy coping strategies that can be applied in everyday life.

Madison understands that meaningful progress often involves the support of the entire family system. She collaborates closely with parents and caregivers to provide guidance, enhance communication, and reinforce skills outside of sessions. Her goal is to empower children, teens, and families with the tools they need to overcome obstacles, build on their strengths, and create lasting positive change.

Whether a child is struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, self-confidence, behavioral concerns, or life transitions, Madison is committed to helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive both now and in the future.
